Yarn Warehouse & Testing Lab

Only lots that meet our exacting standards are released for production. Climate-Controlled Storage

Our yarn warehouse maintains constant temperature and humidity levels to prevent fiber degradation, moisture absorption, and static buildup. Each lot is barcode‑tracked and stored by fiber type, blend, and denier for instant retrieval and full lot traceability.

Incoming Material Inspection

100% of incoming yarn lots undergo visual and instrumental inspection. We check for surface defects, color consistency, and conformance to purchase specifications. Non‑conforming materials are quarantined and returned — no exceptions.

Physical Testing Laboratory

Our in‑house lab is equipped with electronic tensile testers, yarn evenness testers, and twist testers. We measure breaking strength, elongation, yarn count, and hairiness against international standards — ensuring every yarn performs exactly as expected under tension, abrasion, and repeated washing.

Chemical & Compliance Analysis

We conduct chemical composition analysis and harmful substance screening aligned with OEKO‑TEX® Standard 100, GOTS, and GRS requirements. Formaldehyde, azo dyes, heavy metals, and pH levels are tested and documented. Full certification reports are provided for your brand’s compliance records.

Pre Steaming(Greige Fabric)

Before a seamless garment gains its color, softness, or shape, it exists as greige fabric — a freshly knitted, untreated panel full of latent energy from the knitting process.
